Penelope has a background in nursing and has been a practising Naturopath in Milton since 1995. Her professional activity includes:

• Past lecturer at Australian College of Natural Medicine
• Regular speaker for the Women's Health Centre and other community organisations
• Consultant to Special School, as well as conducting numerous information and training sessions for the disabled community
• National Education Coordinator - writing, organising and delivering the technical and product material to support sponsorship programmes nationally within the Naturopathy College and University curriculum's
• Regular guest speaker at various professional forums.
